This fall Nebraska City Public Schools is rolling out eCollect forms. Most forms that you previously filled out on back-to-school night will now be filled out online within PowerSchool. If you do not have a PowerSchool account set up, please contact Ahna Nelson (anelson@nebcityps.org) or your building secretary for your student's access ID and password.
To complete forms: In PowerSchool, click on "Forms" within the left navigation menu (web browser) or on the (...) in the bottom right-hand corner (app), then choose forms. Make sure you are filling out the forms under the GENERAL FORMS tab. You will need to do this for each child but some information will auto-fill for you so it will be a simple click of the submit button to complete.
