Attention all Nebraska City Middle School students! Are you interested in building confidence, learning about strength and conditioning, and like to wake up early??? We have an opportunity for you! Our weight room facility will be open from 7:00-7:30am for the remainder of this week at the middle school. If you feel like you don't know what to do, we have NCMS staff members to help you get started! This is an opportunity for anyone that is interested in learning more and starting a fitness journey.
